Thank you for using KINGSERVICE. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
All digital services (including fuel credits, top-ups, and subscriptions) are non-refundable once delivered or used.
If you receive a damaged or defective card/product, you must notify us within 7 business days to request a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or Stripe.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized disputes may lead to suspension of your account.
